This is a really special place and was an amazing find! John and Mia were so responsive and helpful. There were just so many nice touches that made this a truly wonderful stay from the firepit being all set up for our first night to the lovely breakfast of fruit, yogurt, granola, and coffee provided. The bathroom and cooking grill area outside were both spotless and seemed brand new. We loved staying here and will definitely be back next fall!

Our second stay with Mia and John, this time with family occupying both yurts, and again it was beautiful, and peaceful! The yurts are luxurious, and very comfortable, and the hosts are friendly and accommodating. The amenities provided are perfect, and once again the highlight was evenings around the fire! Along with 4 adults, we had our dog and our 2 year old grandson, and they were both in heaven running around the farm. We'll be back as often as we can.

This is the perfect combination of getting into nature, and also having modern amenities! We loved our stay at the yurt! We ran into John and he was very kind and gave recommendations. Short drives to cute restaurants and shops in New Paltz. It was so cool seeing deer and the fire pit was super fun for s’mores.

If you are looking for a peaceful, luxurious haven this is the space for you. The yurts are sturdy, impeccably clean and a real joy to spend time in. We mostly stayed around the property and lazed about and felt quite happy doing so. The surrounding land is breathtaking. Thanks to Mia and John for being such wonderful hosts!

We had a great time here, despite being winter and with a day rained out. The yurt and the peaceful farm surroundings made it extremely easy to unwind and relax, and driving to nearby towns (New Paltz etc) was straightforward too. Mia and John were great responsive hosts. Can't wait to visit in the Spring/Summer!

It was truly a magical getaway to be here for the weekend. We really needed to relax and destress from a long, hectic week. We wished that we have stayed longer just so we could have taken more of our time to relax more. The atmosphere and surroundings were absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. I have to say we were absolutely blown away by how beautiful the yurt was. (not a sentence I ever thought I would type.) Inside and out the attention to detail and design were phenomenal. And the surrounding fields/woods offer one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen. The yurt was also "hotel clean" aka pristine so much so that I assumed that they had just been put up for the season and was quite surprised when Mias husband told us it had been up for a few years.
We also had to get a bit of work done and were happy/shocked to discover that they somehow managed to get faster wifi in the middle of a field in the yurt than I have in my city apartment. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and we absolutely fell in love with their very sweet chocolate lab. We would happily go back!

Staying on the farm was an absolute pleasure! It was the perfect place to retreat to for some peace & quiet, but still close enough to New Paltz. Waking up to the sun hitting the mountains was a dream. Everything was immaculate in the yurt (we couldn't believe the beautiful bathroom), and we appreciated the breakfast treats left in the kitchen nook and fabulous restaurant suggestions in the info binder. We hope to return very soon, thank you for the unforgettable stay!!
